    If you feel like seeing a psychologist talk to your GP about a Mental Health Care Plan.

    A Mental Health Care Plan is a treatment plan and referral created by your GP to support your mental health. The plan entitles you to up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

  • Do I need a referral to see a psychologist?

    No, you don't need a referral. You will only need it if you want some of your session fee reimbursed through Medicare.

  • How are therapy sessions conducted?

    Therapy session can be conducted face to face or via Telehealth (an online session) depending on individual circumstances. Even if you live outside the city, or prefer not to travel, support is just a Telehealth session away.
